Design Build is a process that allows the architect/designer, builder, customer and other design/construction professionals to collaborate earlier in the process.  This proactive team approach leverages expertise, resources, and stream lines the initial stages of the project.  The team approach reduces time and costs while putting the interests of the customer first.

The design build process provides customers with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. This process has five main phases that overlap: selecting a design-builder, pre-construction assessments, architectural design, construction, and post-construction. In our experience this construction process benefits the customer greatly over the Design-Bid-Build process.

Our design build process connects the customer and builder on a whole new level. Through each stage of the project, we collaborate closely you in order to create a transparent and personalized process. From the conception and early building stages, to the finishing touches, we're available to answer questions and walk through details with you.

3D CAD

When you select our Design-Build process we use a state of the art computer aided design (CAD) software to draw your plans and then render them in 3D so you can visualize the final product before we finalize the design.  This service is for both new custom homes and renovation.  If you are renovating then we also will conduct as as-built and show the as-built versus proposed plan.
