Michael Fleming
After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Finance, I worked for Wachovia Bank as an IT project manager for Institutional Trust clients. This experience gave me a firm knowledge of project management and how to implement technology to already proven processes.
I have always had a passion for construction and design/architecture. So in 1998 we started this company and have never looked back. The core values of our company are character, collaboration, competency, and consistency. I feel each one builds upon the other, but the most important is character. Customer relationship is primary on each and every project.
When I'm not working you'll find me spending time with my family and coaching baseball.

Max Small
I have been in construction all of my life. Starting when I was 18, I worked for my dad and his real estate company. I attended the University of South Carolina and then served in the Army.
My experience includes industrial, multi-family apartment complexes, and for the past 20 years residential homes and light commercial upfit. I love a challenge and the process of building. Every day I'm on the job site, I never consider it work.
